The water pours the wrong way. Settings → Flip tilt direction.
I want to play lying down or on the couch. Settings → Relative tilt, then tap the ⊕ button to recenter.
It's too easy to spill. Settings → Gentle tilt, and use the rewind button (clock arrow, top right) to undo the last few seconds.
No motion (iPad on a stand, Mac, accessibility). Settings → Touch: drag sideways or rotate with two fingers. Game controllers also work.
