- Whether the issue happens while scrolling, after pausing, with sound, with haptics, or around a particular object or distance.

Sound And Haptics
If audio is not playing, check the device volume, silent mode, Focus mode, and whether another app is controlling audio output. The sound button in the app toggles sound on and off.
Privacy Requests
The Scroll does not require an account and does not collect personal information. Local preferences can be reset by deleting the app from your device. For privacy questions, email the same support address.
